If you're running on empty, this is for you
Over the past few weeks, I’ve found myself having the same conversations again and again. People are exhausted. There’s a heatwave in the UK.
They’re trying to hold everything together, but underneath it all they’re running on empty. Many are saying, “I’ll deal with me after the summer.”
The trouble is, we often say the same thing in September... then Christmas... then January.
That’s why I’ve decided to do something I don’t normally do.
I’ve decided to open up just seven ADHD Clarity Sessions over the summer.
This time of year can feel relentless.
Whether you’re juggling work, family, caring responsibilities or simply trying to keep your own head above water, it can feel like there’s never enough time, never enough energy and always one more thing to remember.
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps your confidence has taken a knock. You know what you need to do, but just can’t seem to get started. The to-do list keeps growing, you’re constantly putting yourself at the bottom of the list, and you keep telling yourself you’ll get back on track after the summer.
I get it.
My neurodivergent family
I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until I was 43. I’m married to an autistic and ADHD husband and together we’re raising two neurodivergent teenagers and running our business Perfectly Autistic. I know what it’s like trying to juggle work, family, the mental load and wondering why life seems so much harder than it looks for everyone else.
These ADHD Clarity Sessions are a safe, judgement-free space where you can be completely yourself. Together we’ll untangle what’s going on, make sense of it all, build your confidence, help you be kinder to yourself and create practical strategies that work for your brain.
Feeling lighter, calmer and more confident
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, more confident and with a clear plan for what comes next. My hope is that when September arrives, you’ll feel more in control and ready for whatever comes next.
I’m opening just seven sessions at £210 total (normally £250 + VAT).
If one of those seven feels like it should be yours, simply email me at hello@perfectlyadhd.co.uk with the word CLARITY, and I’ll send you all the details.
I’d love to help.
Hester
P.S. If you’re struggling with the never-ending cycle of clutter, laundry, dishes and feeling overwhelmed by it all, I joined Alex Partridge on ADHD Chatter to talk about why everyday tasks can feel so difficult with ADHD—and, more importantly, what can actually help.
Whether you book a Clarity Session or not, I hope you find it useful.
Stay cool!

I’m really glad Alex had you on because I find his stuff a bit male-voice dominated and I never feel comfortable listening to to two men talking about ADHD in women. Thanks you bringing your voice in 👏
